Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start)
This course (UEE22025) provides students with insight into the electrotechnology discipline. Students will learn basic skills including the safety processes required to work on-site, readying them for entry level roles or apprenticeships in the the electrical industry.
Pathway outcomes
The Certificate II in Electrotechnology can establish a basis for an apprenticeship, further education, training and employment in the fields of:
- electrical and electronics
- engineering
- renewable energy
- refrigeration and air-conditioning
- computer aided design operation
- data and communications
Completion requirements
This qualification will be granted when competency is demonstrated and achieved for 8 core units of competency, and an additional 140 general elective weighting points determined by the registered training organisation.
